With a vibrant spectrum of programming for youth from newborn to 21 years of age, Excelsior’s programs are designed to support youth and families who are seeking a higher level of care or who are at risk of out-of-home placement. At Excelsior, we prioritize keeping families together whenever possible, working diligently to prevent inpatient placement.
At Excelsior, experienced, licensed professionals walk alongside youth and families, either virtually or in person, to find the answers and support they need. We understand that the challenges and obstacles can be overwhelming, which is why our caring staff is here to help you navigate the process.

Which program is right for you and your family?
Wraparound Intensive Services (WISe+)
Eligibility:
Birth-20, Medicaid or Medicaid eligible, meet medical necessity criteria for WISe services through a CANS screening
Duration/Time Commitment:
Weekly and monthly sessions up to 14 months.
Virtual Intensive Engagement Wraparound (VIEW)
Eligibility:
Birth-21, Medicaid or Medicaid eligible.
Duration/Time Commitment:
Weekly and monthly sessions for 90 days
Intensive Outpatient (IOP)
Eligibility:
- Be between the ages of 11-17
- Meet medical necessity (may need prior authorization from insurance company)
Duration/Time Commitment:
Weekly and monthly sessions for up to 90 days
Recreational Therapy
Eligibility:
Birth-21, must be enrolled in the WISe program
Duration/Time Commitment:
For the length of the treatment plan
Respite
Eligibility:
Ages 11-17
Duration/Time Commitment:
Weekly, number of days/hours per week dependent on situation and availability.
Counseling Services
Eligibility:
- All Ages
- Accepted insurance Medicaid, private pay/commercial
- Self-Pay is also available
Duration/Time Commitment:
Weekly and monthly options available.
